This Soldier’s Homecoming made me Bawl!
This is definitely blog-worthy (and bawl worthy)… My brother has returned from Afghanistan, and his homecoming was more than perfect!
My brother, Specialist Jamie Bledsoe, was finally reunited with his 8 year old son this week at the Phoenix Suns game after being apart for 9 months while he was overseas in Afghanistan. Logan thought he was in a contest to win free pizza for a year, but instead of removing his blindfold to see the Suns mascot, he saw his father!
A BIG thank you to our awesome little sister Jessica, the Phoenix Suns and Streets of New York for giving my brother a Welcome Home Hero homecoming, and such a perfectly sweet reunion! Thank you God for EVERYTHING!
MAC, I AM SO PROUD OF YOU FOR THE SACRIFICES YOU’VE MADE. WELCOME HOME BROTHER! I LOVE YOU.
